Provides services and referrals for HIV-positive individuals and caregivers, including case management, counseling, HIV prevention and education, support groups, recreational activities, food, and clothing bank. Meals provided to HIV-positive individuals. Call for information. Additional Community Center in East Harlem, 315 E. 104th Street.
