A 27-unit Supportive Apartment Program that provides one-and-two-bedroom apartments in the Bronx and the full-range of Jericho's support services to individuals on probation and at high-risk for homelessness and incarceration. Jericho's unique partnership with the New York City Department of Probation for its supportive apartment pilot program is the first between the Probation Department and a supportive housing agency.
