Provides a wide range of services and advocacy for homeless and low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS, including supportive housing, case management, assistance with benefits, day treatment programs, and public policy advocacy. Produces weekly newsletter on issues affecting persons with HIV/AIDS and low-income New Yorkers. Engages in legislative advocacy with the State and City and community organizing.
