About the Project

Project: Back to School has one simple purpose, to empower children to succeed as they start a new school year. The Coalition for the Homeless is asking for monetary donations so that we can purchase and fill more than 5,000 new backpacks with essential supplies for homeless schoolkids throughout the five boroughs. A small donation can make all the difference in giving a homeless child the tools needed to start the school year off right.

How you can help:

• Make a gift online. Just $25 will allow us to provide one child with a backpack full of school supplies.
