Insurance Litigation provides clients with no cost legal representation in health insurance disputes involving treatment or other benefits. Also offers advice on Medicaid and Medicare eligibility and benefits. Cancer Advocacy Project holds monthly legal clinics at the Association of the Bar, where an attorney will counsel clients on basic employment rights, offer practical options to clients facing potential discriminatory practices and address other immediate concerns. Program also provides basic legal advice and referrals.
