Directions:
4, 5, 6 train to Canal Street or City Hall. 1 train to Franklin Street.
Mobile psychiatric outreach team for mentally ill homeless individuals. Provides emergency psychiatric evaluations for patients in crisis. Those in acute distress are transported to facilities for further treatment. Mainly serves Manhattan and Brooklyn, will serve other boroughs by referral.
