Provides supervised visitation for non-custodial parents ordered by a Family Court judge in custody and visitation cases or by Supreme Court judges in matrimonial/divorce cases. There is a fee set on a sliding scale with a maximum of $25.00 for each visit. The visiting parent pays this fee unless the judge states otherwise.
