Fast Food Workers Rally in Manhattan, Albany, Other New York Cities for $15 Minimum Wage

Fast food workers rallied around the state of New York on Wednesday to push for an increase in the minimum wage in their industry to $15 an hour.

In New York City, dozens of workers and their allies — including Controller Scott Stringer and Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul — held a rally outside the New York State Department of Labor on Varick St. in Manhattan.
