Cuomo’s Third Ave. office, demanding he follow through on his pledge to spend $1.9 billion on 20,000 units of supportive housing. Around 50 protesters urged Cuomo to cut a deal with the Legislature to release the money agreed to in the state budget adopted on April 1.
